Comparison of Measurements Toxoplasma Antihodies With ELISA and Indireet llpemaglülination Methods

In ihis study, 200 serum samples whiclı were taken from suspectd patients with toxoplasmosis lwere applied ta Indirect liaernagglutination and ELISA IgG and IgM tesis, Positive results were rrecorded ıriihixt 104 samples (52%) for Indirect Ilaemaglülination, 1164 and more titers. 88 positive volumes (44%) were found in ELISA I8G test, as for IgM test 40 (20%) were found ln agreetnent of 171% was established between ELISA 18G and Indireet Haemaglütination tesis. Concequently icompairing the discovered values and data, specivity, sensitivity and ağreetnent both tesis were discused.
