Tumors arising from urinary bladder diverticula is a rare lesion. 76-year-old man who was presented with hematüria examined with radiologic methods. Tumoral lesions reaching into diverticula and bladder cavity were detected by ultrasonography, computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging. Particularly, computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging are confident to determine diverticular neoplasms.
