Psoriasis and vitiligo are relatively frequent dermatoses in dermatology practice. Although there are a lot of case reports about patients having both psoriasis and vitiligo, there have been few published case reports about development of vitiligo on lesions of psoriasis vulgaris and also it is a very uncommon clinical situation during psoriasis treatment. Here, we report development of vitiligo on only healed psoriasis plaques in 45-year-old man treated with cyclosporine for psoriasis.
