It was reported that cila:april, a new ACE in-hibitor, decreases arteial blood pressure, ine-reases regional flows by 25 %. in the kidney, 37 gf in the stomach, 57(. in the ileum and 37 % in the skin in spontaneously hyper tansive rats. 11-e evaluated the effects of treatment with ci-la:april (2.5 mg once a day) to kidneys in rats with renovasetilar hvertension that occurred partial renal artery SIC110SiS.
