Liver tissues were taken and fixed with Boin’s solution for light microscobic observation. Paraffin blocks were prepared and 5 mm sections were stained diffrent methods. Later, sections were examined with ligth microscope. İn the experimental groups, the cytoplasms of hepatocytes in the peripheral zone of liver lobules were stainless. Excess celi infiltration which were considered activated Kupffer cells, observed at the peripheral zone.
