We tried to explain the patologic reason of tinnitus in 'his search. Our searchment showed that even alt efforts no pathology was observed in the rnajor wrıouni of our patients. On the other hamd we observed %44 acoustic trauma, taba dy,sfonction, ototoxicity and head traurna in our patients. Alsa pulsatil tinnitus was observed in seven cases.
