Evaluation of Zinc Ion Concentration In Psoriatic Cutaneaus Tissues

In the study, in psorialic cutaneous tissues of 15 pallent ıvith psoriasis and in the healthy tissues of 20 control group zinc ion has been determined. Zinc ion in the control group was 1 .04±0.68 pgıg and Zn.2.49±1.02 1.41g at patients group as wet lissuc. Zinc ionfound to be greater (p<0.001) in psoriat-le iissue us compared with the ratio healthy tissue.
