There were a little microscopic differences in the kidneys of the rats which were fed up oraly with 2,4-7-Triamino-fenil-plerident+Hydrocholorothylazi-de for 20 days and there were remarkable dillerences in those which were fed up with Amilorid HCI dihydrate+Hidrocholorothiazide and it reminded a reversible acquired renal cystic disease.
