Extra-adrenal pheocyroynwctomas generally occur in the retroperiotoneum and rarely seen any-where from the bladder to the base of the skull in as-socation with the svmphetetie nervous system and cause hverta►tion. We report 20 year-old female wit7i extra-adrenal pheocyromacytoma arising from left renal pedicle level review its diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
