Fracture of the penis is a rupture of the tunica albugines. In between 1991 and 1993 10 patients who were diagnosed to have penile fractures. 4 Killer:1s were treated by early surgical intervention and primary repair. 6 patients were treated conservatively. All patients perated excellenz rigidity of a straight penis. We conclude that operative managernent of afiractured corporeal body is safe and effective.
