in ıhis article 2 cases reported with ileosigmoid knot which had been diagnosed in the General Surgery Department of Medical Faculty at Selçuk University, between 1986-1989. Because of this cases, ileosigmoid knots have been considered and its etiopathogenesis, clinical features, diagnosis and treatment have been discused.
