It has been described that aldosteron response to trauma depressed by safin solıdion which were giyen before and during operation. These ınethody r f inhibition were applied tn patients undergoing cholecystectomy. iVe investigated inhibition aldosteron in 21 patients with euthyroid goitre which are difficult ta keep irt uniform. Unlike the liger4.2ture, wc constituted a group paiient adınin. istered aldosteron antagonim (Spironofacton). We compared the results of the groups Ivith each other. The results showed that increase of aldosteron could be inhibited by spironolackın and safin adminisration.
