o determine the normal appearance of the lateral and thirth ventricles, 64 healthy full-term infants were exaıtıined by real time sonography through the anterior fontanelle. The age of infants were ranging from three days to three months. Lateral and thirth ventricles size, ventricular angle, and lateral ventricle a.symmetry were measured. Interventricular angle was 69 ± 8 degree.
