Primaıy renal sarcoma represent 3% of alt kidney tumors. We diagnosed in our clinics 52 year old pa-tient complainingflank pain and her taturia was seen in our clinics. A diagnosis of leiornyosarcoma was made on pathologic examination. In this artiele, this patient with renal leiomyosarcoma are reported and relevant liıerature was discussed.
