Lerich Syndrome Accompanied With The Left Subclavian Artery Stenosis

In Mis report. a case with a Leriche Syndrome accompanied with the left suhclavian artery stenosis is discussed. The case is pı-esented due to the Fare incidence of such lesions. Although intermittent cla-udication and sexuel impotance complains were pro-minent, the signs of the left suhclavian artery ste-nosis were not evident. Thus the surgical intervention was directed to solve the Leriche Syndrome symptoms. The left suhclavian artery ste-nosis was taken to follow up. Angioplasty and ope-ration was planned in the future.
