Lumbal spinal synovial cyst: A Case report

Intraspinal synovial cysts are uncommon lesions. İn this article a 72 year-old woman who developed a spinal synovial cyst at the left side of L4-5 disk space is reported. Beside her clinical signs and symptoms, magnetic resonance imaging, operative andpathological findings are presented. Treatment options, clinical, radiological and pathological aspects of intraspinal synovial cysts are discussed.
