Microsurgical technique in the treatment of the lumbar disc herniation.

İn this study, we analysed 101 cases operated by the microsurgical technique for lumbar disc herniation betvveen 1997 and 2000 in Selçuk University Medical School Department of Neurosurgery. We have concluded, patients operated with microsurgical technique, undergo a shorter operation, discharged the hospital earlier, recover more quickly, and return to work earlier.
