A rare case of multilocular cystic nephroma which may be ajfected both adult and children has been presented. These cysts can be found Wilm's tumor and the other rare renal tunzors coincidentally. For this reason it is essential to differentiate this tumors fronı the others as iris treatment and follow-up is nıondatory.
