Our experiences on thoracic and lumbar epidural anesthesia in children

İn this study; lumbar and thoracic epidural applications under sedation in school age children were presented. Thoracic epidural catheters were inserted before elective thoracotomies and were combined with general anes­ thesia. Lumbar epidural catheters were inserted in the emergency orthopedic cases that had contraindication for general anesthesia and were combined with sedation.
