In this article, we presented six ovarian Sertoli-Leydig cell turııors with histopatologic and clinical features. This cases classified in 3 grades as: well, intermediate and poorly dillerantiation. There was retiforrn dıfferentiation in only one case. We couldn't encounter heterolog elements in any case.
