Primary gastric lymphoma is a rare disease. On barium studies of the upper gastrointestinal tract, one case had marked gastric wall thickening. Primary gastric lymphoma was diagnosed by computed to-mography (CT). Computed tomography is iz noninvasive, accurate ınethod of evaluating patients with suspected gastric lymphoma clinically.
