Radiographic and ultrasonographic findings were discussed in 34 cases that were congenitaly dislocation of the hip joint. In 43 (%63) of 68 hips, correct diagnosis was determined by radiography and was determined by ultrasonography in 48 (%71). Ultrasonography is more accuracy than radiography during the early periods. It was obserwed that sonographically acetabular angle ıvas eighty percent larger than radiography. Labrioacetabular angle was found between 99 and 116 degree in 37 (%77) hips that congenital hip joint dislocation was diagnosed by ultrasonography.
