For 15 patients with superficial bladder tumor suffering from hematuria, dvsuria, pollacuria, ur-gency have been reffered our clinic applied tran-surethral resection between March 1993-June 1994. Second transurethral resection was performed approximated)! 1 month after the initial Iran-surethral resection in cell patients b) same urologist. In 7 patients of 15 patients residual tomtit- was con-firmed hitologically at resection area after second TUR. It was understood that second transurethral re-section performed determined interval in patients H.,ith superficial bladder tumors succesfid alternative-for prevent and confirm of residual tumor.
