SERUM ZINC LEVELS IN CH1LDREN WITH TYPE I DIABETES MELLITUS

In order tü investigate the differences of the serum zinc levels in children with type I diabetes mellitus we cornpared the values in 23 patients and 16 control group. The mean zinc level has been found 78.00-T-4.016 ugr/100 mi. in dia-betic group and 76.875-3.366 ugr/100 mi. incontrol group. The differences between two groups vere statistically not important (P>0.05).
