In this study, some properties of NADII oxidase, which had been previously purified from Numan ne-ufrophils, was determined. Molecular weight of the en:yme was found as 280.000, Km as 4.8x10 op-ı i mum 141 7 and optimum temparature 37 V. ATP, ADP and sieroids vere found to inhibit the enzuyme. The enzyme was also found to be specific for NADI! and showed no activityPr NADPH.
