Spontaneous Resolution of Gallstone in A Newborn (A Case Report)

Gallstone in the newborn period is rare and usually other pathological causes precede. in this report a gallstone case diagnosed in the ııewborn period is presented. By using ıdtrasorwgraphic technique, a gallstone was diagn.osed in a newborn with hemolitic jaundice caused by Rh incompatibi-lity and having phototheraphy. Six ınonths Inter it was observed that the gallstone had resoluted spontaneously when ultrason.ography repeated.
