Chronic interstitiel cystilis, tuberculous cystilis and related coniracted bladder causes a coditien which can not be itnprove by medication and bladder irrigation and patients suffer from persistent vesical pain. Ureterocuianeostomy, ileal loop, sigınoid conduiı and enterocysıoplasty can be used for this patienis. Augmentation cystoplasty improve the quality of life considerably. The result of an augtnentation cystoplasty done and its usefulness is presented bere irt this article.
