183 cases with supratentorial aneurysm were operated on in Neurosurgery Department, Selçuk University Meram Medical School betvveen March 1987 and September 2002. İn the present study we aimed to discuss 183 intracra- nial supratentorial aneurysm cases, according to their location, clinical features, treatment modalities, mortality and morbidity rates. The series were evaluated through the review of literatüre and presented.
