The intracaviter mitoxantrone was applied to the 14 patients who was evaluated having grade 1 and 2 transitional cell carcinoma in the pathologic examinations by using transurethral resection for the bladder tumor in our Mean follow-up period was 13 months (range 3-19 months). Any systemic complications and chemic cystitis sings weren't enough to determine the period without tumor,since they didn't cause any chemic cystitis and only one patient had recurrence, they found very hopeful.
