The Cavus Defonnity of the Foot and its Therapy

Pes cavus is a complex fool deforrrzity of diverse etiologies whose pathomechanics are not comletely under,s.tood. This stu.dy reviews the surgical treatment of 16 patients with cavus foot deformity. The coice among avaible surgical procedures was dictated by the age of the patients, cuse and an analysis of the deformity. Follow-up apprasial of the patients with more !han one years' follow-up reveated more dian 77 percent suecesfully results.
