In this study, it was investigated the value of M-mode echocardiography of the right atrium posterior wall motions in diagnosing right ventricülar involvement in patiencs with acute inferior myocardial infarction. As a result, it was shown that there are no important right atrial posterior wall motions in diagnosing right ventricular involvement while together with these motions and veine pressures have diagnostic values.
