The diagnostic values of US and ct in gynecological pelvic pathologies

Definitive diagnosis was made on 41 female patienıs diagnosed to suffer from pelvic ınassa and subjected to US. CT examination of these cases were ıncıde and the US CT findings obtained discussed lin the light of literature.
