Dimethylsufoxide (DMS0), which was synthesi-sed in 1880's the first time and used in the chemical industty, has been being used in medikal field in an increasing rate. Its being used in organ transplantation, and ha-ving sinerjik effects on some drugs have alsa increa-sed irs effects. However, we should alsa know that it has a toxic effects. In our present study, we proposed to evaulate the toxic effect of DMSO at light microscopic level at differenı organ levels
