Enürezis is one of the most contmon and annoying disorders of childhood. We evaluated 15 patients with nocturnal enuresis by ürodynamic study. Detrüsör instability and reduced bladder capacity was found in nine of the cases. We consider detrüsör instability and reduced functional bladder capacity to be the main cause of enuresis nocturna.
