This study included 102 leukemic and lympho,rıa patients tit ho were ıreated in Internal Medicine pediatric Clinic of Selçuk University Medical Faculty and Ilematology Clinic of İbn-İ Sina Hospital of Ankara University. CMV-IgM and 1gG antibodies were investigated with the enzyrne-linked immunosorbent assay (ELİSA) rnethod on the blood saınples, The serologic examinations were made in Alicrobiology ELİSA taboratory of Selçuk University Medical Faculty. The finding.s- in 69 leukernic and 33 iyınphoma patients compared tere control group. CA1V-IgM seropositivity was found in 7 lebtkernic palienis (10.15%) and 1 lyınphoırıa patienı (3,03%). CMV-1gG seropositivity waz found in 35 leukeınic patients (50,72%) and 13 lymphoına patients (39,39%).
