Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP), as the active metabolite of Adenosine used in Europe years ago, has been widely used in the treatment of supra ventricular tachycardias in the USA. This drug is used for vein-tricular tachycardias (VT). It is preferred in the differential diagnosis from aberrant SVTs and in episodes of paroxysmal S Vrn.
