Cystectomy and urinary diversion (15 ureteroeu-teostomy, 16 Coffey, 2 uretero-ileal euienous diver-sion, 1 Koch pouch, and 1 bladder substitustion from descent colon) were applied to 36 patients be-tween March 1984 and March 1992 in the Urology Depertment of the Metical Family of Konya Selçuk Universty for the bladder turnor. The diversion meihods which were applied were compared with each ot her as their superiority and literature.
