The Suseeptihility of M.Tuberculosis ta Isoniazid, Streptomycin, Ethan-ıbutol and Rifampicin in Cases of Tuberculosis

The results of antituberculosis sensitivity which tested in routin tuberculous laboratory of Mikrobiology and Clinical Microbiology Department of Medicine of Selçuk University between Lowenstein-Jensen medium is used for sensitivity ta isoniazid, ethambutol, rifampicin and streptomycin of 834 Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The hight resistance were seen, 66% rate, ta rifampicin. The resistance was found rales 50% to streptomycine, 22% to isoniazid, 12% ta ethambutol. The combination of two antibiotics ethambutol+rıfampicin the most effecl with 4% rate. The combination of three antibiotics, isoniazid rzfampicin with streptomycin was 10% resistance 1while with ethambutol was decrease to 2 %. The cornbination of four antibiotics alsa were found 2% resistance.
