Chondrosaıromas are most frequently a neoplasm of the anterior chest wall, with 75% arising tn either the costochondral archs of the sternum.In this article, o case with severe obstruction rrf trachea due to push-ing of chondrosorcoma was reported and using a ster-nal prosthesis by sandwich technique following (u-mar excission was discussed involving the subject. It was suggested that prostheses er tissue flaps should be used to amid flrıfl chest in sternal defects.
