Therapy of Traumatic Tympanic Membrane Perforations

67 patient with traumatic peıforation of the tim-pardı. membran were treated al Eni Clinic of Air Forse Hospital in Eskişehir between 1982-1991. Immediate operative reposition of iraumatic eardrum petforations has been jbund to give bener quantitativ and qualitativ results when eompared with spontaneous healing. The operative technique and results of healing in 32 pallents who were taken int° consideration etology, localisation and gre-atness of perforations, are discussed.
