Tracheobronchomegaly is a rare condition with dilatation of trachea and central bronchi. It is en-countered more commonly in men and middle aged persons. Bronchiectasis and bronchopulmonary in-fections is common in this disorder. The diagnosis is established if the dilatatiton of trachea is de-monstrated by either bronchography or com-puterised tomography. In this article, we present a case of tracheobronchomegaly established in our clinic.
