Triple test of population of Konya in prenatal diagnosis İn this study, a MoM value were calculated for the triple test at 16-20 weeks of pregnancies. The aim of this investigation was to help diagnosis of Down syndrome and neural tube defect Median levels of these three analyt were calculated for 16-20 weeks of pregnancy These values were combined with age and individual risk values were determined. As a result of this investigation triple test ıs acheupreliable and ımportant tecnique for detection of NTD and Down syndrome and must be used generally.
