TSH, Toto, T3, Total T4, Free D and FreeT,t Le-veis of Healihy Subjects Living in Konya and Surroundings

In this study, serumISH, Imal T3, total T4, free T3 and free T-t levels qf 96 healthy subjects (44 wo-men., 52 men) living in Konya and surroundings were determined. The values öf woınen and men are as follows: TSH 1.52 ± 0.54 and 1.26 ± 0..42 plUhnl, (mal T3 136.76±23.49 and 140.57 ± 22.03 tıgidl. total T4 7.38 ± 1.09 and 7.69 ± 1.37 free 7-3 2.28 ± 0.418 and 2.28 ± 0.582 pgiml, .free T4 1.33 ± 1.16 and 1.37 ± 2.98 ngidl respectively. Our results were evaluated according ta sex and age. There was difference between the values of male and female in. the same range of age. TSH le-veis of cases with ages higher Uzan 50 were signifi-`cantly elevated (p<0.05). rp and FT? lewis were decreased with age (pc0.01). The resuits were compared with those of lite-rature. We believe that !hese resuits ma• be used as r(ferance values fbr Konya and surroundings.
