Testicular adrenal rest tumor (TART) is a benign testicular
tumor that was seen in male patients with a history of congenital
adrenal hyperplasia. It is often localized as bilateral. It can cause
infertility. Differential diagnosis includes, Leydig and Sertoli cell
tumors, seminomas and other germ cell tumors. Ultrasonography and
magnetic resonance imaging are radiological imaging methods used
in the diagnosis of TART. In this article, clinical features, radiological
findings and differential diagnosis of TART is presented.
