in this study 459 boys and 427 girls irr 0-8 age-group are included. Weight distributions of the fooi has been theoritically calculated by rneans of various anthropoınetric frneasures ta ken on the chil-dren's feet. Thus, it has been deterrnined chat calcaneal and rnetatarsal weight distribution varies with age. The differences between the values related to the weight distribution doesn't ,alay an important role in sexes. As the age advances, bodyweight exerted to to the rnetatarsal side increases whereas it decreases to the calcaneal side.
