Case Of Adrenal Lymphangiomatous Cyst

Cystic lesions of the adrenal gland are seen very rare. Cysts are mostly asymptomatic and found incidentally, and the majority of these cystic lesions are endothelial cysts and pseudocysts. Endothelial cysts, lined by endothelial cells are the structures resembling lymphatic channels. Cysts are divided into two groups, named lymphangiomatous and angiomatous cysts. In this study we presented a case of csytic structure, lined by endothelial cells, and reviewed the literatüre.
