We treated chronic urinary infection, postoperative urinary infection and potoperative wound infection with ceftriaxon effectively. The patient with posoperative uri-nary infection vere treated with gentamycine compared with ceftriaxon treated patients. Since ceftriaxon can be giyen single dose a day lost hospitality period, superior than gentamycine.
