Early diagnosis me-ticulous metabolic control at this time stage can reverse the renal hypeifunction and hypertrophy into normal renalfunction. and associated varieties of abnormalities can also be controlled more conveniently. Additionally, Various antihypertansive drugs were. studied and experimentally ..to control . hypertansion and micrOalbuminuria._ However, these studies presented variable results and usually done on type I .diabetes mellitus. In this study, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor, cilaiapril, is used on normotensive type II diabetic. patients.
