Familial Mediterranean fever (FMF) is an auto inflammatory disorder characterized by recurrent febrile polyserositis and arthritis attacks. Coexistence of FMF and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is very rare in the literature. Here, we present a case with FMF and RA. Clinicians should there fore consider the possibility of RA development in FMF patients exhibiting morning stiffness and erosive polyarthritis.
