in our study 35 lomber discal pathologic levels in 23 patients were evaluated by myelography, CT, and discüvery en operations. In 35 levels which have discal pathology, 32 cases were fyou.nd ola by myelography (91.42%) and 31 of it by CT (87.57%) When the dignostic values of mylography and CT compared, wve see that the ratios resemble each ot her. As the resıdt of our study we need ta prefer the CT; which is a non-invasive examinaiion, practical than the myelography and diagnostic value is similar ta myelography, for the patients suspected for lomber discal patology.
